The hotel offers accommodation in the affordable market whilst having the quality of an internationally branded building specification. A "unique" garden with a bar designed under a canopy provides a rare private outside area in the heart of the City of London which sets this hotel apart from others in the area.
The hotel also achieves a sustainable solution to the provision of a hotel within the City of London by converting an existing 1970's office building and extending the fourth floor. The hotel has also been designed to achieve a BREEAM "very good" certification and includes solar water panels on the roof, thermally upgraded external building fabric, heat recovery air handling units and low energy use lighting on motion detectors.
