The center piece of this commercial development is a former Victorian wash house which informed the design of the new office buildings to create a contextual development of high quality office units.
Architect, Graham Newsome (Director), used his experience to help this developer customer mould the brief to maximize returns while achieving quality design.
- The inherent site constraints created by the main-line railway embankment location required an imaginative response in order to minimize noise and reduce construction cost.
